This girl will eat anything! She loves to sit at the table and eat what ever we are eating. Haven't found anything she doesn't like yet.

Would you trust this guys with your teeth? Dave did his first cavity on a patient today. She said nervously "Am I your first Patient?" . . . . Dave hesitated. . . . . ummmmmm...... luckily his assistant stepped in and covered by saying, no he has had lots of practice on other students etc. She felt a little better after hearing that. But Dave did extremely well and drilled and filled perfectly- patient was very happy! Good Job honey. You have to start on someone huh! It made him really excited to start working on more patients. Just a month away!

Tiffany, this is a tribute to you- One year ago today she was hospitalized. . . . .


for a disease called Tranverse Mylitis. It pretty much paralyzes you like a spinal cord injury. Some people recover fully, while others will have permanent effects form this. She still deals with issues from the illness 1 year later such as her leg is stiff and doesn't move the way she would like, and her fingers still tingle and she doesn't have complete feeling. . . . . .......................................
THE REASON I AM WRITING THIS is because she is such an inspiration to me, she never complains, she is always positive, she is always so generous to others, she is an amazing mother of 2. Even though she can't do things the way she used to, and run after the kids, she is still very active with her children, and always supporting her family and friends. I just love her to pieces. She is such a wonderful friend and I just know we were suppose to be sisters but got split in heaven on accident. LOVE YA!!!!

MY FIRST POPSICLE. . . . MY FIRST TOOTH!!!

YESTERDAY MEILI CUT HER FIRST TOOTH.. . . . .I can't believe my baby is getting to be so big. It makes me sad! I can't believe she is going to be 7 months this weekend. She was fussy with her tooth so we had a GREAT idea-----eat a COLD popsicle. She made some pretty great faces but in the end just LOVED it. And was a mess!

A day with Gigi

It's always fun in Utah to be able to hang out with family- Gigi and everyone else. Gigi came to hang out all day- and we just had fun visiting and playing with the kids.

WE SAID GOODBYE TO OUR OLD "LOOSER" ATTORNEY!

Not to bad mouth, but, we fired our attorney that was working on our adoption. We didn't finalize our adoption as planned over our spring break- due to some major slacker people. Dave now has left back to Omaha. But the good news about all this, is that we now have a killer good attorney- and we should be going to court and finalizing really soon. WE WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW WHAT DAY THAT WILL BE!!!! Hopefully in the next couple weeks.

We're still practicing crawling

Meili is getting closer to crawling. She stands on her toes. She can go about 1 crawl forward. She is doing a great job at trying, and trying, and not giving up! She is happy while doing it- that is what counts, right!

Unfortunately we didn't meet our goal of finalizing our adoption this first week of March. Hawaii screwed up on the paper work, so looks like we will have to wait a couple weeks. (cross your fingers that is all we have to wait!) But we are sure having fun while in Utah. We had a great day with TT. We went to the park, took photos, and ate Bajio. Meili is always happy- as you can see. She is so stinkin' cute!!!
